• She was one of the first to pivot in 2020 creating a massive, multi-generational Facebook group with her personal Unit along with her offsprings' Units within an hour of shutdown announcements. They even hosted a virtual party that very night
• She allows her Beauty Insiders to add customers, friends, and family to the dedicated facebook group
• She goes live on the 1st of the month whenever there's a new product launch, showcases what’s new, and ensures the Consultant's customers stay THEIR customers
• When the live is over, Jeni passes along the sales. With the new features of My Shop, consultants can simply text their links
• Afterward, she posts about hosting parties creating even more opportunity
• If a customer wants to host a party, Consultants can choose to host themselves or Jeni will dovetail and host for them
